Shahid Kapoor trying to get back Priyanka's love: After the nth lover’s tiff with ladylove
Priyanka Chopra, Shahid Kapoor is apparently trying to win her back.
A lot of people from the film industry turned up to wish Shahid Kapoor on his birthday on Saturday. Many leading ladies of his films -- including
Rani Mukherjee,
Anushka Sharma,
Genelia D’Souza and
Sonam Kapoor -- were there. But conspicuous by her absence was Priyanka, who reportedly had a fight with Shahid and then flew to the US.
Shahid and Priyanka’s perpetually now-on-now-off relationship has been fodder to gossip mills, but sources close to the couple claim that Shahid doesn’t often express his affection for Priyanka and this ticks her off.
That’s apparently also the reason behind their latest tiff, following which Priyanka packed her bags and left to the US, caring not a hoot to return on his birthday on Saturday.
But we hear that Shahid did try to persuade her to change her mind and return to Mumbai for his birthday bash. He kept trying till the last hour, but when Priyanka did not give any bhav, he too gave up.
However, knowing well the history of their blow-hot-blow-cold romance, we won’t be surprised if they kiss and make up soon.
