ADVERTISEMENTS

Cleansing your skin is one of the most important and predominantly overlooked parts of your skincare routine. You spend untold amounts on moisturisers and serums, but then you penny-pinch when it comes to removing your make-up, cleaning and preparing your skin for all the good stuff you have spent the rest of your dosh on. Men are even worse – they don't have the slightest problem washing their faces and their, erm, nether parts with the same bar of soap! So why is it so important and what is the best way to get the job done?

Wipes – Very popular at the moment - particularly among the chronically lazy! Cleanser, toner, and eye make-up remover in one, wipes come in a pack of about 30 and you simply pull one out and wipe it over your face to remove the slap. Wipes are actually, all joking aside, quite handy for active people, gym enthusiasts, and those who wear minimal make-up.

Balms – Solid oil cleansers that need fairly warm water and some sort of cloth to remove them. These are great for congested and oily skins, but because the oils don't strip, they are good for dry skins too. The most famous of these are the Eve Lom and Amanda Lacey cleansers, though many companies are jumping into the fray: Liz Earle, Boots Time Delay, Lotions+Potions, Bobbi Brown, etc...

Creams – Traditional cleansers usually fall into this group and are most popular with those who have dry complexions, sensitive skins and with those who don't really like the feel of water on their face. They are like a cream-weight moisturiser, which is usually spread on to dry skin and then removed with tissues, cotton wool and sometimes rinsed.

Bar – Like a bar of soap without being a bar of soap. Great for anyone who has always used whatever is on the side of the tub. Some bars still contain soap and others are more like a solid cleansing cream in bar form. There is not a better or worse, again, it will simply be what works the best for you.

Lotions – More of a liquid weight than a cream. Most skins can use a lotion cleanser and they tend not to leave as much residue as a cream. Application of a lotion is much the same as a cream cleanser, too.

Gel – A clear cleanser normally packaged in a tube. You wet the skin first, add a bit of water to the product in your palm, foam it up and wash your face. There are a few gels that get applied neat to the skin, get worked around to dissolve make-up, and then get rinsed with no lathering involved.

Foam – Sort of like a gel, but the product is usually more creamy looking on taking it out of the tube or bottle. Foams are nearly always water-activated, applied to damp skin and rinsed.

Liquid foam – This is a fairly new cleansing format, usually best suited to slightly oilier skins. The product looks like water in the bottle. A pump is depressed and the liquid turns into a mousse as it comes from the spout. It's then used like foam on damp skin and rinsed off. Liquid foams are quite trendy at the moment because they are a bit different.

Cleansing water - This also looks like water, but there is no foaming involved. It most resembles an eye make-up remover and you use it on cotton wool to replace cleansing and toning. What you have in the bottle is very near to what is on the little cloths of the cleansing wipes. Very popular again with younger people, gym-o-philes and those who don't wear much make-up.

While you're out and about looking at cleansers, you'll find that some companies advocate what is called a 'double cleanse'. This may involve using a cream or lotion first to remover the make-up you have worn, then following that with a wash-off product like a bar, gel, or foam to clean your skin. The thought behind this is that the first one is likened to taking off your clothes and the second is like taking your bath/shower.

Personally, I would only ever recommend this if you wear a great deal of make-up or if you are neurotic about having clean skin. Keep in mind that over-cleansing the skin can create all sorts of untold problems: excess oil production, dry patches, redness, itching and, even worse, areas that are both dry and oily at the same time. Keep it gentle, but make sure that it is thorough and, above all else, choose a product that will ensure a better-than-even chance you will actually use it. Now, let's go clean up!

What are the causes of brown skin spot ?

ADVERTISEMENTS

Brown skin spots are referred to in lay terms as age spots, liver spots, freckles and sunspots. The spots most often occur on the temple area of the face or the backs of hands

Types

  • Types of different brown spots on the skin are lentigo, melasma, moles, freckles, ephelids and seborrheic keratoses. A skin care specialist or dermatologist can best determine the type.

  • Causes

  • Brown skin spots caused by sun damage are often seborrheic keratoses or actinic keratoses. The seborrheic type is harmless but many people feel they are unsightly or make them appear older than they are. Actinic keratoses are precancerous growths.

  • Prevention

  • Using a sunscreen with at least an SPF factor of 15 will prevent most brown skin spots from occurring. This preventative measure must start in childhood.

  • Features

  • According to the Mayo Clinic, if a brown skin spot changes in size or shape, has an irregular border or bleeds, see a dermatologist to determine if it is skin cancer.

  • Removal

  • According to dermatologist Dr. Jeffrey Melton, removal of the seborrheic keratoses is by freezing (cryosurgery), laser treatment or surgical removal. The most precise method is laser removal. Using a skin bleaching cream for spots that are from sun damage is very effective.

How to get smooth hands & feets??

    ADVERTISEMENTS
Your hands and feet are often exposed, allowing them to become dry and hard, especially your hands, which are often dealing with everyday elements. Emu Oil Benefits claims that emu oil penetrates deeply into the skin, smoothing the layers.Beauty Products Made Easy also suggests that cocoa butter is fast absorbing while soothing dry and rough skin. You need to moisturize your hands and feet at least daily. The key is trapping the moisture into the skin and allowing it to absorb deeply into the layers, keeping skin softer for longer.

    Things You'll Need:

    • 2 oz. bottle of 100 percent pure emu oil
    • 8 oz. bottle of 100 percent cocoa butter or 100 percent shea butter
    • 1 pair of cotton or Lycra gloves
    • 1 pair of cotton or Lycra socks

      INSTRUCTION :

      Moisturizing Your Hands

    1. Wet your hands with warm water to open the pores.
    2. Dry your hands quickly so that they are still warm after dried.
    3. Pour two to three drops of emu oil onto the tips of your fingers.
    4. Rub the oil into the top of your hands, not the palms. Emu oil is considered a carrying oil and will pull any other product added with it deeper into layers of the skin.
    5. Pour a quarter-size amount of 100 percent pure cocoa butter into the palms of your hands. Massage the butter over the emu oil into your hands.
    6. Put on gloves.
    7. Go to bed and remove the gloves in the morning. Repeat nightly or every other night.
    8. Moisturizing Your Feet

    9. Follow the same first five steps as you did for your hands, only apply them to the tops of your feet, heels and even soles, since your feet tend to be dry and coarse all over.
    10. Put on socks instead of gloves.
    11. Wear them as you relax at night, reading, watching TV or while you sleep. Repeat this every night or every other night as well.

    1. Fortify yourself from the sun. The sun's powerful rays break down the collagen and elastin proteins in the skin. This causes wrinkles to develop on the skin. Avoid being exposed to the sun during the peak daylight hours, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. If you have to go outdoors during the peak daylight hours, wear protective clothing and sunscreen that will protect you from harmful ultraviolet (UV) rays

Strong soaps and hot water can remove vital oils from your skin. Shave your skin gently. Use shaving creams and gels before shaving and shave in the direction the hair is growing.

    3. Moisturize your skin. The type of moisturizers you use depend on the current conditions of your skin. If you have normal skin, use a well-balanced, water-based moisturizer that has lightweight oils. If you have sensitive skin, use a moisturizer that does not contain chemicals you are allergic to. If you have dry skin, use oil-based oil moisturizers that have propylene glycol to keep your skin moist.

    4. Begin a healthy diet. Drink a lot of fluids. Water is an essential factor of skin health. The American Skin Association recommends drinking about eight glasses of water each day. It is also important to get the right vitamins and nutrients. Instructions

    1. Drink adequate amounts of water. drink 2000 to 3000 ml of water everyday. You lose moisture during the course of your day due to exertion and exposure to the sun. Replenish moisture by drinking fluids such as water.
    2. Avoid drinks that make you pass urine frequently. Drinks that do this are called diuretics and examples are coffee, caffeinated beverages, alcohol and carbonated drinks.
    3. Avoid taking long hot showers or baths. Instead take a short shower or bath with warm water. Hot water dries your skin out and robs it of moisture.
    4. Protect your skin from the elements, like the sun and the cold. Put on clothing to cover most of your skin, hats to shield your face and sunglasses for your eyes. Apply moisturizers with sun protection such as spf.

    Wearing concealer

    ADVERTISEMENTS

Concealer can be your best friend or your worst enemy, depending on how you apply it. Here's how to get it just right.

What are concealers for? Do I really need one? Why do they make all those funny coloured green, pink and lilac things? How can I cover circles without making it look worse than when I started? Simmer down. All will be revealed - and then I will show you how to conceal it all again!

One of the most common errors is in the selection of a colour. I personally suffer from dark shadows that have garnered comments like 'What happened to your eyes?' and 'Hang on, you've smudged something under your... oops, sorry, did you get in a fight?' It really gets the day off to a fantastic start I can tell you.
The problem those of us with really dark circles have is that we want to cover them completely, so we head straight for the lightest colour we can find. Wrong! The darker the circle, the darker the concealer should be. If you try to cover with something light, you'll have the end result of a muddy ashen smudge that's not much better than what you started with.

    Dark shadows
Always test the colour of a concealer OVER your foundation. If the effect is invisible, you have the correct shade. If you insist, you could drop one shade for dark circles but you will have to be much more cautious with your application. White rings under your eyes look just as bad as dark ones.
To keep things as natural as possible, apply your foundation first and then top up the cover on only the inner half of the under eye. This way if you have the beginnings of fine lines, you are not adding weight to the outer half and showing off the problem.

You will get the most natural cover with a brush. Any old lip brush will do the trick. You have much more control with a brush than you have with your fingers.
If you prefer to use your finger, opt for your ring finger, as it is weaker and will apply less pressure to the delicate skin.

If it starts to look too heavy, apply a tiny bit of your eyecream over the top to wash it down a bit.
You can mix the concealer, if it is too heavy, with some eyecream and make it a 'treatment' concealer.

    Bags & puffiness
Puffs and bags are much harder to cover; it is far easier to draw attention away from them.
Again using a brush (once you have applied your foundation), paint a slightly lighter concealer into the dip under the bag. The best products for this have light-diffusing particles. The effect is that you want to bounce the shadow under the eye-bag away. Heavy concealer will always make bags look worse.
When you are desperate, you can resort to the make-up artists' trick of using a touch of haemorrhoid cream to reduce the swelling temporarily. Please only do this if you are in a state of desperation. It really works, but shouldn't be done often.

Red nose and cheeksIf you have ever tried a green colour corrector, you know that it usually looks worse then the red did! Sure it cancels out the red, but then your face looks like cement and you have to use an even heavier foundation to cover that up.

There is a little miracle product by Decleor called Perfecting Tint, which is a sheer green gel that you can apply both under and/or over the foundation. It also helps to thicken and strengthen the capillaries to make them less visible.

You can also try Shiseido's excellent Colour Control Stick which can be worn under, over or even without concealer or foundation.

If using a colour corrector, apply the smallest amount possible, then apply your foundation. Once that has set, once more apply the tiniest amount of the colour corrector. You will find the effect is much more natural when you do fine layers that if you try to do it all in one whack.

If not using a colour corrector, apply your foundation as per normal. Then, using a concealer that you've tested over the foundation, apply nearly dried concealer over the foundation in light patting strokes. You can achieve this by dabbing the concealer onto the heel of your hand until it is nearly dry, and then apply it to your face. The reasoning behind this is that if the product is too wet, you will remove any cover you have achieved with the foundation. Then reapply a bit of foundation in the same way.
Always work in layers when covering excess redness. It is better to stay in control than to pile it on. Once you have gotten the desired effect, rub your hands together really fast until you feel a build-up of heat. Then, press your hands over your cheeks for about 5 seconds. What you will achieve is the same effect as letting your makeup settle for a while before leaving the house. It will give you what you normally have to wait 30 to 45 minutes for naturally!

    Tips from the catwalk
When you are truly desperate and puffy, haemorrhoid cream can be applied very thinly to the eye area to reduce extreme puffiness. It also helps with jawline contours and overall puffiness. This is not an everyday solution. This is for cases of emergency, but I don't know many make-up artists or models that don't carry a tube.

If a terrible spot arrives at exactly the wrong time (is there ever a right time?), don't fight nature and cake concealer all over it. Instead, use an eyeliner and turn it into a beauty mark. It is already raised slightly and looks extremely natural. Only your best friends will know.

Colour correctorsHere's a quick guide to colour corrector/enhancers so you get that all-important match:
Green: Cuts and tones down redness
    Apricot: Brightens cooler skin tones
    Peach: Brightens cooler skin tones
Rose: Lifts sallow complexions and gives a glow
Lilac: Cuts excess yellow in the skin and lifts sallow complexions
Blue: Takes down orangey skin tones, also corrects bad self-tan applications!
Bronze: Brightens and lifts nearly all skin tones. Gives a healthy sun-kissed look
Gold: Accentuates golden skin tones and suntans
Silver: Brightens cooler skins. Usually only done in the evening!
    Yellow: Brightens warmer skin tones

    The best remedy against cellulite

    ADVERTISEMENTS
Cellulite – an unaesthetic problem that more and more people face, regardless of age, weight or gender. Thus, the unwanted “orange peel” skin comes to be visible on the stars’ skin, on overweight and thin people, on the body of women, but also on that of men, being an unforgiving disease whose frequency demonstrates that it is based on multiple factors especially those related to lifestyle.
Drastic weight loss belts, physical inactivity, food that intoxify the organism, medicines, contraceptives, stress, excess pounds, all of these predispose to the appearance of cellulite.
The best and safer remedies against cellulite are the natural ones that are based on diet and which are associated to a sports program of a few hours a week. Sports program must include running or walking quickly besides other exercises chosen.

Cellulite creams – just a myth
You’ve probably already tried many “miraculous” creams, whose labels promise you that you’ll soon get rid of cellulite and your skin will find the suppleness and elasticity in no time … But I’m pretty sure you were disappointed. Did you make any mistake when applying the product?
There is no need to reproach, nor do you have to look for a similar product, which you think would be more efficient. It is important to know that, basically, there is no argument that the use of such products leads to the intended results.
The explanation is very simple: the layer of fat is below the skin (subcutaneously) so that, even if the product is absorbed into the skin, it has no ability to remove the specific toxins. In fact, the only concrete result from using these creams is that they improve skin texture, which will become more silky, but the problem will not disappear. And I think you are already convinced of this…

    Nutrition
Healthy food, rich in fiber and an adequate intake of vitamins detoxifies the body, gives the antioxidants needed to maintain health and also mobilizes and “melts” fat tissue. So, it is recommended to eat only chicken and fish, seafood, salads daily, 5 fruit daily, milk, cheese, yogurt daily, and whole grains. Avoid sausages, margarine (you can use butter or olive oil as fatty food), cheese, sweets with cream (chocolate is allowed, but not much), fried foods or fast food.

    Sport
It is recommended to walk as much as you can and it has to be fast. Do not use the elevator, even if you stay at the 8th floor. Try, at least 3 days a week, to reserve time in which to do sports and run. If you’ve decided that you can exercise at home, it is recommended to run on the spot for 10 minutes before starting any exercise, this taking place of warming. A life without sport is full of unseen problems, accelerates aging and illness.

    Beauty treatment
You can opt for a cellulite treatment that can be found in beauty parlors or natural treatments which you can do at home.

    Massage
Subcutaneous blood is put into movement by massage, because it relaxes the muscles, it oxygenates th body especially if you use essential antistress oils, it helps eliminate stress and a good oxygenation of the body. It is recommended to have as many massage sessions as you can in the fight against cellulite or to opt for anticellulite massage, with the mention that the latter are quite aggressive and painful.

    Sauna
Sauna is a good way of relaxing and detoxifying the body, also oxygenating the body, improving circulation and respiratory functions. The recommended weekly sauna sessions, possibly after sports program if you choose to perform it in a fitness room which also has a sauna. Sauna also strengthens the immune system and slows the aging process, regulates body temperature, increase resistance to stress and helps to maintain beauty and healthy skin.

    Hydration
Another asset in the fight against cellulite is the fluid regime. It is recommended to drink over 2 liters of liquid daily, of which one cup of milk, a cup of coffee, a glass of home made juice and the rest tea or water. You can opt for teas which have an impact on cellulite, as elder tea, green tea, yarrow, but to respect the number of cups allowed daily, noted in the prospectus tea. For example, green tea is strong and should not be consumed in the evening, you should also not exceed two cups of tea per day. Do not buy tea lay.
However, you should avoid alcohol because it dehydrates the body and it mostly introduces toxines, so the results from the other methods above can be offset by consuming alcohol. It is also recommended to reduce cigarettes as much as possible.

The above methods give better results if they are used all at once, so you’ll have a toned body and full of energy and you’ll also gain a nice appearance and young skin.

    ENJOY ~

    Run Out of Shaving Cream?

    ADVERTISEMENTS

Ever get in the shower, wash your hair, then ready to shave your legs and realize you are out of shaving cream?

Benefits to shaving your legs include:

    Smooth, silky legs
    Little to no itching
Sexy legs when wearing a dress and some hot heels
    Happy boyfriend/husband

Shaving with soap can cause dry skin and the chances of cutting yourself are high.

I'm going to show you a trick I learned one day when I ran out of shaving cream.

    Things You'll Need:

    • Sharp Razor
    • Hair conditioner

    Instructions

    • Sharp Razor
    • Hair conditioner
    1. Grab a nice, sharp Razor.
You don't have to go out and buy those expensive razors. It just has to be sharp and not dull. Dull razor don't cut the hair well and can cause more cuts.Buying the cheap disposable razor works just fine.
    2. Lather your legs with your hair conditioner. About a quarter size.

    3. Whether you have the cheap kind (Suave) or the expensive kind (Pantene, Herbal Essence, etc) lather your legs with the hair conditioner.

    4. Do not wet your legs for 2-3 minutes.
Let the hair conditioner sit for about 2-3 minutes. The conditioner will soften your hair and also add moisturizer to your skin. This helps prevent cuts and shaving burns.

    5. Shave your legs, starting from the area that's a little above the ankle to the knee.

    6. When shaving at the ankles and knee area, instead of using vertical strokes, use horizontal strokes, shaving from left to right. Be careful as these areas are prone to cuts. Just be gentle and pay attention to what you are doing.

    7. Lather your legs with more conditioner until you finish shaving.
If your skin feels dry, just add more conditioner to the area, wait 2-3 minutes, and start shaving again

Didnt expect that hair conditioner can do this as well right? try it today !!!

How to improve your complexion ? [ PART 2 ]

    ADVERTISEMENTS

    Tone Daily

  • Toning is the process of removing dead skin cells from your face so that the only layer visible is one of bright and healthy new cells. The average human generates a new layer of skin every two to four weeks. You can improve your complexion tremendously by sloughing off dead skin cells and getting rid of excess oil with toner. Toning also helps balance your skin's pH after cleansing.

  •

    Moisturize Daily

  • Having cleansed and then toned your face, you're going to need to do a little mending. Those first two stages can be a little rough on the skin and even if you use products especially designed for your face's chemistry, you may nevertheless have dried it out a little. In any event, you will want to create a protective barrier on your newly pampered skin. Moisturizers act in two ways: by throwing up a barrier that traps water in your skin, and by pulling water out of the air. One kind acts like a dam (occlusive moisturizers); the other acts like a humidifier (humectant moisturizers). The most famous occlusive is petrolatum. Humectants may include ingredients such as urea or hyaluronic acid.

  •

    Use Sunscreen

  • Two types of UV rays can damage the skin. The first, UVA rays, are known as "tanning rays" and are used in many sun lamps and other sources of artificial tanning. UVB rays are the type that cause sunburn. Using moisturizer that contains SPF 15 or higher can help protect your skin from sun damage.

    Treat Serious Skin Conditions

  • If you're suffering from acne or psoriasis, you may need a professional treatment. For mild or moderate acne, your doctor can prescribe topical treatments such as benzoyl peroxide and retinoids to clear up the sebum and unblock your pores. Sunlight and ultraviolet light can also help acne briefly, but can still damage the skin.

Psoriasis is another skin disorder that occurs in as many as 2 percent of adults. The condition manifests itself through red patches on the skin that are covered by silvery-white scales. Though the precise causes of psoriasis are not known, most researchers believe the problem is triggered by an abnormal immune reaction against some component of the skin--common causes may include stress, injuries to the skin and, less frequently, certain medications. The reaction leads the skin to grow at about seven times the normal rate.

A professional dermatologist or physician can treat both of these conditions.

  • Im doing all the steps that been mentioned in part 1 and 2 ! It does help, but most important drink more water and sleep early.. !

Whether you decide to give yourself a makeover or pay for one at a salon, you're going to need to know some basic skin care tips for daily maintenance. Most experts agree that a standard three-step regimen is all you need to keep your face in good shape. If you have more serious skin conditions, several more-involved solutions are available.

    Instructions

      Cleanse Daily

If you have dry skin, you'll need to pump a little moisture into your face with your soap. Look for brands of soap that contain either glycerin or a type of silicone, such as cyclomethicone or dimethicone.

If you have oily skin, you're going to want to dry up some of that grease with your soap. Oil is like a glue that sticks all the dirt and bacteria to your face. In turn, this clogs your pores and starts the cycle of eruptions and breakouts. Use a soap that contains salicylic acid.

If you have sensitive skin, you're going to need something a little milder than the typical ingredients. The important ingredient for sensitive skin types is propylene glycol.

If you have normal skin, use soaps that contain lanolin, an extract from the oil glands of sheep.

Many women may want to go through a skin cleansing routine twice: once to start the day by looking their best, and then again at night to remove any makeup before going to bed. Experts will tell you that this is a highly individualized choice. It's quite possible to harm your skin by over-treating it; scrubbing, exfoliating and kneading yourself constantly can do more harm than good.

    Skin Care For Sensitive Skin

    ADVERTISEMENTS
Sensitive skin care is more than choosing the right product.  Sensitive skin has a low tolerance level to certain products or environmental conditions. People with sensitive skin may react quickly to chemicals, heat or wind by developing red, blotchy and irritated skin.

Acne Vulgaris is a common human skin disease, characterized by areas of skin with seborrhea (scaly red skin), comedom (blackhead and whitehead), papules (pinheads), pustules (pimples), nodules (large papules) and possibly scarring.

Back in last few months, I was facing this problem, the most serious ever in my life. The irritation on my face was never better though I tried a lot of products to get rid of the huge and solid pimples. Besides feeling uncomfortable and embarrassing, it can be annoying having to avoid everything that may cause sensitive skin, such as, cosmetics. Providing the right sensitive skin care product can be particularly difficult because not every product works effectively on me. So I had to keep on looking for the most suitable product.

I tried many different products from retail outlets, and some, recommended by beautician. Recently, I just realized a range of organic skin care and gentle facial cleanser which improve the condition of my face tremendously.

    Getting Your Beauty Sleep!

    ADVERTISEMENTS
Attention beauties: Never underestimate the importance of getting enough sleep! Getting adequate sleep plays a crucial role in not just your mental functions, but in your physical appearance as well. The amount of sleep you are typically getting is displayed in your general appearance, your weight, your skin and also your stress levels. Don’t write off the phrase " Beauty Sleep" as a simple cliche. It holds far more truth than most people know.

    SKIN:
Sleeping gives your body a chance to repair itself on the cellular level. As you sleep, extra protein molecules are produced to rid your skin of pollutants and infections while they simultaneously rebuild the cells that allow you to wake up refreshed with radiant skin. Think of the days you don’t get enough sleep. You pull yourself up with puffy, bloodshot eyes surrounded by dark circles. You don’t get the necessary sleep to allow the molecules to repair yesterday’s damage. Getting the right amount of sleep is the proven “anti aging” miracle we all dream of.

    WEIGHT:
Now you can stop feeling guilty when you go to bed early and skip your daily workout because proper sleeping habits can help control your body weight. When you sleep, the hormones that regulate your appetite are placed back in control, possibly ridding your thoughts of those nasty cravings. When you deprive your body of sleep, your body naturally craves sugar and carbohydrates as a defense mechanism to jolt you awake. For those of you who can’t seem to shed those last five pounds, try hitting the hay an hour early.

    STRESS:
Of course, the best way to feel beautiful is to not feel stressed. Stress hormones are released during the day as a result of today’s fast paced lifestyle. These hormones have physical effects on the body as well. Excessive stress is a common cause of the degeneration of internal organs as well as the aging of your skin (aka: wrinkles!). Sleep helps to reverse many of these effects as it maintains a state of relaxation.

    OVERALL HEALTH:
The average adult needs 7 to 9 hours of sleep per night, but it varies depending on the individual. Not getting enough sleep results in a whole bunch of problems, but too much sleep also makes it more difficult for your body to enter back into its functioning mode.

How much an individual needs is dependent on many factors. Here are some things to keep in mind: Women often require an extra hour in the week before they begin menstruating and during pregnancy. Genetics also play a part in determining your specific needs. The amount of time it takes your body to reach the phase of deep sleep where the benefits are received is often hereditary.

The best way to find out what works best for you is to take into consideration your individual situation based on the criteria above. And then, experiment. If you often feel groggy, try going to bed earlier. If you habitually go to sleep early, sleep late, and still wake up unrested, try staying up an hour later. While Beauty Sleep is often used in regards to women’s needs, it is vital for everyone. Get your sleep and you will wake up energized, beautiful, and healthier.

So, let's Sleep early today ! I wish I could do that everyday.. It seem day by day i getting on the bed later =s
